Win A Bottle Of Maker's Mark

Maker’s Mark Mondays are back with a bang! The premium bourbon from Kentucky will be at Lounge Lover (1 Whitby Street, London, E1 6JU) on Monday 5 July from 7pm – 11pm with the artist Ryan Todd to kick start your week with some wax work fun. Todd will be using silicone ice trays to create bespoke works of art in the form of wax letters. Consumers will have the opportunity to melt letters themselves and make their own words, which they can take away with them, all while enjoying Maker’s Mark summertime cocktails. If there is no way that you can head on down to Lounge Lover, then don’t have a meltdown! Enter this competition below and win a bottle of Maker’s Mark. Not only will you be able to re-create the Maker’s and Ginger cocktails served for Maker’s Mark Monday, but you can test your cocktail making finesse with the sensational Star Maker:

The Star Maker

Ingredients

1.5oz Maker’s Mark

1.5oz fresh pink grapefruit juice

1oz honey water

3 mint leaves (shredded), plus an additional sprig of mint to garnish

How to prepare

Step 1: combine the ingredients in a glass

Step 2: Shake the glass 10 times

Step 3: Fill a rock glass with crushed ice

Step 4: Strain the mixed ingredients into the ice-filled rock glass

Step 5: Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve
