Following on from the success of GuestInvest, other companies are slowly jumping on the buy-to-let hotel room bandwagon.

Four Pillars, the independently owned hotel group based in Oxfordshire, is offering a rare investment opportunity to purchase a holiday apartment which can be let as hotel accommodation.
