 The Landau, the glamorous new David Collins designed restaurant at The Langham, London (www.landau.com) will be offering free flowing champagne to all ladies sporting a hat this summer.
 
 
 
At the height of the summer season, from the start of the Chelsea Flower Show (20th May) to the Men’s finals at Wimbledon (6th July) any lady coming to lunch or afternoon tea in The Landau , wearing a suitably elegant  hat, will be treated to complimentary Laurent Perrier champagne throughout. 
 
 
 
Head Chef Andrew Turner has created seasonal delights such as poached shellfish in lobster sauce with saffron potato and basil, cream of pea with Compté cheese and Ventreche ham ravioli and French lemon tart and vanilla sorbet.
