Summer Cocktail Ideas From Ketel One
Ketel One Vodka Strawberry Blonde
2 fresh strawberries (3 if small)
2 shots Ketel One Vodka (based on 25ml shot servers)
1 ½ shots freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ shot sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
Top up with soda
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Strawberry
Method:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and serve with straws.
Ketel One Mint Cooler
50ml Ketel One vodka
25ml lemon juice
35ml Lime juice
25ml Sugar syrup
7 fresh mint leaves
Top with Soda
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Mint sprig
Method:
Lightly MUDDLE mint in shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, SHAKE with ice and serve.
Ketel One Ultimate Tastetini (to be served at Taste of London)
50ml Ketel One Vodka
25ml Watermelon juice
15ml Rosewater.
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Rose petal
Method: SHAKE all ingredients and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a rose petal. Serve.
