Elements 8 -whip up cocktails at home as served at Nobu
Recognised as the oldest spirit in the world, rum is responsible for some of the best-known classic cocktails including the Daiquiri and Mojito, but its image is entrenched in heritage and tradition. Elements 8 - a luxury rum from St Lucia – is set to change that. Created by drinks industry entrepreneurs, Carl Stephenson and Andreas Redlefsen and already used by the world’s top mixologists, Elements 8 brings innovation to the rum category, with a smooth, complex style and chic, contemporary packaging. It is now listed in Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Fortnum & Mason and www.drinkon.com (RRP: £30 to £37).
Elements 8 is currently served in London’s top style bar, including: Mahiki, Zuma, Nobu, Floridita and Purple Bar at The Sanderson.
