Osborne Clarke Advises Centuar Services On £32 Million Sale

8 August 2008: Osborne Clarke (OC) has advised veterinary supplies provider Centaur Services Limited (Centaur) on its £32 million sale to AHN (UK) (AHN) Holdings Limited.

Based in Castle Cary, Somerset, Centaur was established in 1964 by a group of vets to improve increase buying power and improve the range of products available. Centaur is one of the leading suppliers of veterinary medicines in the UK.

AHN is a subsidiary of AHN International, a California based animal health products distribution company. AHN intends to expand its operations in the UK through the purchase of Centaur, as part of its objective to become a leading supplier to veterinarians and food animal producers globally.

Patrick Graves, corporate partner, Osborne Clarke, said:
