Olswang And ISIS Make The News

Olswang has acted for UK-based investment group and longstanding client ISIS Equity Partners ("ISIS") on the £10 million management buy-out of broadcast PR agency, Television Consultancy Limited ("TVC").

TVC specialises in producing innovative campaigns and content that cuts through both mass market and hard to reach audiences on the radio, television and internet. The support and financial backing of ISIS will assist the Company as it develops and grows into a leading name in the PR industry.

The management buy-out is also a significant addition to the ISIS portfolio, which has expanded considerably over the past few years. This year alone Olswang has acted for ISIS on the successful £7 million replacement capital transaction of Playforce Limited; the £11 million management buy-out of Nexus Vehicle Management; the sale of its shareholding in international environmental consultancy SLR Holdings; and its investment in car rental broking company, Traveljigsaw Limited.
