Nabarro Hires Construction Partner In Sheffield

Nabarro has hired a new partner into the Sheffield office: James Duckworth has joined the firm as a partner in its construction practice. James’ hire follows real estate partner Chris Chambers’ election to the partnership in May and brings the total number of partners in Sheffield to 23.

James joins from Andrew Jackson where he was head of construction. Previously, he worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Hammonds. James specialises in large-scale transactions including commercial property development and PFI work. He has experience in non-contentious work including procurement strategies, drafting and negotiating contracts, professional appointments and operation and maintenance agreements.
