DLA Piper Appoints Two New Partners In Moscow

DLA Piper has appointed Jonathan Socolow and Brian Konradi as partners in its Finance and Projects and Corporate practices in Moscow.  Both Jonathan and Brian join DLA Piper from Akin Gump where they worked respectively as senior counsel and counsel.

Jonathan's practice focuses on the oil, gas, power and infrastructure industries, representing multinational companies and Russian majors in a wide range of  transactional and regulatory matters. Outside of the energy industry, Jonathan has represented investors in Russian joint ventures in the cable television, broadband and satellite communications industries.

Brian focuses on corporate law, M&A and transactional business matters serving a wide of local and international clients.  He also has US practice experience in oil and gas, electric utility, capital markets and finance matters.
