This firm has a very prestigious reputation in the aviation sector and a rare opportunity for a senior level aviation lawyer has come up in the firm's Dubai office

The aviation group works with a wide range of clients including governments, national and regional airlines, start ups, service companies and also financial institutions with areas of focus in a wide array of areas including banking, leasing, project and asset finance both locally and internationally. Also the group has an emphasis on aircraft acquisition and disposal and the start up and running of airlines.

This is a role for a senior aviation lawyer who is ambitious and who wants to gain experience and exposure to a wide range of commercial matters, in particular, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts such as financial, maintenance and leasing contracts. Also confidence and an eagerness to take a pro-active and commercial approach to issues is important with the desire to have a lot of client contact.

In addition you will have the ambition to lead, manage and develop a small team of aviation lawyers.
