This highly rated Thames Valley firm is on the lookout for a NQ-1 PQE clinical negligence solicitor.

Over the last 20 years this firm has built what is widely regarded as one of the UK’s most highly rated specialist medical negligence teams. They have a particular expertise in acting for clients who have suffered major injury including brain and spinal injury, amputation and permanent mental or physical disability. They also regularly act for the dependents of people who have died as a result of medical negligence.

Ideally you will have:

 Excellent training should have been received in a firm recognized for its clinical negligence or accident work.
 Evidence of track record or desire to specialise in Clinical Negligence.
 Ability to manage own caseload with supervision.
 Assist partner on cases of maximum severity.
 Experience with Clinical Negligence cases during training contract preferred.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Good interpersonal skills
 Ability to work effectively in a team and to contribute to group and firm team spirit.
