PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR

Our client are seeking a Proactive and commercially aware professional negligence solicitor to join their growing team which forms part of their expanding civil litigation department.

Duties;
Reporting to the Partner in charge of the professional negligence team, you will be running a caseload involving a variety of claims against solicitors, surveyors and other professionals.  You will be manag9ing your own caselaod of roughly 50 files, complying with insurer client's agreed service standards, fully utilising the firm's case management system . 

Required skills / qualifications;
- Qualified Solicitor
- ILEX (Qualified to FILEX) or equivalent experience
- Excellent all round civil/ commercial litigation experience
- Experience of handling own caseload
- Excellent forensic skills, and attention to detail
- Client focused approach
