Description

As a Motor Claims Handler you will handle your own claimant personal injury caseload, predominantly RTA matters.  Caseload will be a mix of matters both fast and multi track, through all insurance litigation claims.  Responsible for acting in the client’s best interests and providing detailed settlement advice. You will handle files from initial instructions to final trial, including issuing proceedings, instructing agents/Counsel. You will control all correspondence required dealing with an individual case and ensure that all relevant documentation is kept up to date.

 Candidates must have gained experience handling their own caseload of litigated personal injury RTA claims and be conversant in all aspects of legal expenses insurance in today’s market. Candidates from legal and insurance backgrounds will be considered. You will possess excellent organisation, communication and client care skills and be IT literate. Credit hire experience would be advantageous.
