Description

Our client, a well-established Commercial Law firm, is seeking a very strong Commercial Property Legal Secretary to provide a full and effective secretarial support for two/ three Solicitors. Duties include:·         Audio and copy typing from digital dictation

·         Arranging appointments

·         Requesting documents on line

·         Daily filing and photocopying of correspondence

·         Answering the telephone and taking messages·         Answering client queries where possible

·         Demonstrate an awareness of Lexcel and the value of the Investor in people standards both on an individual basis and the firm as a whole

·         Carry out any other reasonable tasks as and when it may be required by the firm 

Only apply if you can demonstrate an ability to work under pressure; are helpful, professional and friendly at all times; are able to work under supervision and independently at all times; are proactive and demonstrate the ability and desire to learn new skills; are an excellent team player; have experience of digital dictation; have a typing speed in excess of 60wpm and have previous commercial property legal secretarial experience.
