We would like to hear from experienced secretaries, preferably with some legal background, for a fantastic position with one of the best firms in the area. You will be based mainly in Crawley, but will be required to travel to both the Brighton and London offices to cover requirements as and when they arise. With a strong administrative background and impeccable communication skills, you will be required to work in a range of legal areas in addition to more general secretarial positions. This is a full time position, with slightly variable hours (8/9am start and 5/6pm finish), and all travel costs outside of the main office will be reimbursed by the company. The role would suit someone who is looking to return to the legal environment, or who has undertaken periods of work experience as part of an academic programme, but who is now looking to consolidate that experience with an established and successful legal firm.
