My client, a well established and very reputable law firm based in Bristol City Centre are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their successful Banking and Finance Litigation department. Banking and Financial Services Litigation are a growing and dedicated team of 27 people who act for banks, mortgage lenders and insurers. A bespoke service is offered with genuine partner contact and involvement in cases and strategic planning. We are increasingly involved in defending reputational claims and in undertaking specialist projects with our clients to prevent claims against them in the future.As a successful candidate your main duties will include:

• Creating/amending documents.
• 50-70 midsize cases - active litigation.
• Preparing files and liaising with the Partner and Associates.
• Checking documents/Preparing disclosures.
• Filtering in order of relevance/priority
• Bundles
• Junior fee earning case work including locating and instructing experts
• Diary Management for cases
• Action Plans/Priority Lists
• Preparing monthly reports
• Billing admin for the team.
