Birketts Advises Crane Ltd On New Acquisition

Regional law firm, Birketts, was delighted to have advised Crane Limited, a well established leading supplier of products to the building services and water and gas utility markets on its recent acquisition of Delta Fluid Products.

Crane Limited is one of East Anglia’s major engineering facilities. Its purchase of Delta Fluid Products, a leading supplier of regulators and ball valves to the gas industry and provider of a variety of other supplies to the building services market is a strategic move aimed at extending the company’s product range and reinforcing its leading market position.
