Gide Loyrette Nouel opens two new offices in the UAE

Gide Loyrette Nouel, the international law firm founded in Paris, has announced the opening of two new offices in the United Arab Emirates.

The simultaneous opening of offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai further strengthens the Firm’s expansive network in the MENA region that includes Algiers, Casablanca, Istanbul, Riyadh and Tunis, making Gide the only international law firm operating in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) whilst having a presence in Turkey and North Africa.

Gide’s lawyers in the U.A.E. will primarily advise local and international clients throughout the GCC on mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, banking and finance (including structured, Islamic and project finance), as well as infrastructure and construction projects. The Firm’s lawyers in the region have a background in both civil law (French qualified) and common law (US & UK qualified).enabling them to offer a unique perspective on the legal framework within the MENA region.
