Latham & Watkins Expands Dubai Office With White & Case hire

Latham & Watkins has announced that Maysa Ibrahim has joined the firm’s Dubai office as counsel in the Corporate Department. Ibrahim is an English-law qualified attorney, with significant experience in derivatives and capital markets.

Ibrahim has worked in Dubai and London, advising a client base that includes many of the region’s and world’s major financial institutions active in the sophisticated area of derivatives and structured financial products. Her work in the Gulf Region also includes advising on a number of privatisations, as well as working with the United Nations on constitutional reform in the Middle East. Ibrahim’s arrival at Latham & Watkins follows recent hires by Latham in this area
