Brown Rudnick adds ex Orrick partner to London office

Former Orrick partner Lena Hodge has joined the firm’s London office as a Partner in the Corporate & Securities Department.

Ms. Hodge practices in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, particularly related to AIM listings of international companies.  According to Brown Rudnick CEO Joseph F. Ryan, “Lena has a versatile and demonstrated track record in the complexities of the equity capital markets. Her IPO expertise and cross-border perspective will be a valuable resource, particularly at a time when the investor landscape is continuously changing.”
