This Legal 500 legal firm are looking to make a key appointment of a senior wills, trusts and probate lawyer.
This position is a major appointment towards the firms future business objectives to maximise there professional standing within this field of law.
Candidate specification:
*Have a senior appointment currently with a reputable law firm
*Member of the appropriate professional organisations - STEP desired but not essential
*Have a sound employment record
*Strong interest and skill in trust and tax law would be desirable
*Track record on marketing, business development and winning new business.
Key responsibilities:
*Play a leading role in departmental and firm wide business development and marketing initiatives
*Providing specialist advice on inheritance tax planning, trusts and other family matters
*Advising on and drafting wills, codicils, power of attorney, care for the elderly and enduring powers of attorney and trusts
