No one really likes to be too straight-laced at work these days, and working for this fee-earner there won't be any fear of that. The main pre-requisite, other than quick, accurate typing and solid secretarial skills, is that you are to have a sense of humour and enjoy getting through the day with a laugh. You will be working for one partner who will want to involve you in his work as much as possible as, quite honestly, he needs organizing.
