Property Team at Birketts LLP welcomes two further recruits

Fast growing regional law firm, Birketts LLP, has appointed a Diana Barlow (Associate) and Elizabeth Lorton (Attorney - Qualified New York) for its Commercial Property Team in Ipswich.

Before joining Birketts, Diana was a Partner with Kester Cunningham John in Cambridge/Bury St Edmunds where she gained considerable experience in running a varied commercial property caseload and is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of landlord and tenant work.

Elizabeth joins Birketts from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP in New York where she gained substantial knowledge of real estate practice and dealt with the acquisition, financing, development and disposal of a variety of properties and projects.

They both join one of the largest property teams in East Anglia, which has been described as a “prominent player” by Chambers [UK 2008], an Independent Client’s Guide to the UK’s Legal Profession.
