Pinsent Masons Strengthens Corporate Group With Former...

International law firm Pinsent Masons is strengthening its Corporate Group with the appointment of Ian Warner from Ashurst where he is a Senior Associate. Ian has particular experience in establishing investment funds across a wide variety of asset classes including private equity, mezzanine debt and real estate, as well as broad experience in other aspects of funds. Ian joins the firm on 22 May and will be based in the London CityPoint office.

Ian, who will join as a Partner, will work on a range of issues, from the establishment of funds including management incentive structures to advising on supplementary fundraisings and ongoing compliance issues. He will work closely with two Financial Services experts who joined the firm at the end of last year as Partners, Tim Dolan and Jacob Ghanty, on creating funding structures.
