Winner of the 2000 Moet & Chandon London Restaurant Award for the best hotel restaurant. This restaurant now has Angela Hartnett at the controls and is split into 2 rooms, one of which is the grill room. Choose from dishes such as grilled lobster, chicken consomme or English grouse with traditional trimmings of bread sauce and pate croutons and game gravy. Expect to pay around £80 for 3 course a la carte meal or £55 for the set menu. Wine starts at £22 per bottle.
