Ping Pong
Various Locations Across London
Ping Pong, the 21st century teahouse and dim sum emporium, has become synonymous with ‘little parcels of deliciousness’, serving a selection of scrumptious dim sum to a chic urban crowd. However, this stylish eatery is also renowned for a rather unusual offering, a theatrical explosion of colour and aroma all contained within the confines of a glass. For those who have not witnessed the spectacle of Ping Pong’s flowering teas you are in for treat and now you can even enjoy them at home.

Flowering teas are balls of hand-sewn tealeaves that once immersed in hot water unfurl into a stunning bloom from which a beautiful flower emerges to complete the mesmerising display. Not only do flowering teas provide a wonderful performance to savour, they also boast the antioxidant benefits associated with green tea.
Until now, the availability of Ping Pong’s flowering teas has been limited outside of the restaurants, but with a blossoming demand, the teahouse now sells three different types of flowering buds, both in the restaurants and online at : www.pingpongdimsum.com
