If you’re lucky enough to get a table at acclaimed French chef’s ‘Atelier’, then your battles will be duly rewarded. The restaurant was voted one of the 50 best restaurants in the world, and whether deserved or not is utterly pertinent to your taste buds.

However, they will be tantalized as they caress eye wateringly good dishes such as truffle-mashed potato, an addictively rich creation rumoured to be 70% butter and ravioli of langoustine stuffed with sweet shellfish both of which are part of the restaurant’s grazing menu.

The monochrome first-floor dining room, La Cuisine, offers an almost identical menu, but it’s not as sexy as the sleek, futuristic space downstairs.

The top-floor bar, meanwhile, is great for pre- & post-prandial cocktails.
