Originally a small oyster bar, the restaurant grew in size and reputation through the 1950s and 1960s, as it embraced the adjoining properties and attracted the discerning fashionable diners of the day.
The restaurant is now a prime purveyor of seafood- with no frills.
Tuck in to jellied eels, platters of fruit de mer and potted shrips. Delicious, old-fashioned menu without words such as; parfait, velouté or terrine in sight.
