Aldo Zilli launches in Brighton

Celebrated chef Aldo Zilli opens a Brighton restaurant this spring 2008.  A joint venture between boutique hotel group myhotels and Zilli, the project will offer an authentic Italian deli-style café and restaurant adjoined to the stunning new myhotel Brighton.

‘Zilli Café’ serves healthy fast food made from fresh ingredients and offers classic Italian dishes such as Aubergine Parmigana, Ammatriciana, Bolognese and Puttanesca.   There will also be an array of healthy salads, homemade foccaccias filled with authentic Italian ingredients and delicious desserts. Zilli Cafe has the feel and look of a bustling Italian deli, with capacity for 30 covers and also offering take away.  It opens from 8am to 10pm seven days a week.

The restaurant, simply entitled, ‘Zilli’ will open later in the summer to coincide with the official launch of myhotel Brighton.
