In the wake of the economic downturn Texture have created a credit crunch lunch which is as light on your wallet as it is on time: taking just one hour; diners will now be able to enjoy Sverrisson’s incredible cooking in less than 60 minutes still get change from a £20.

Texture is the brainchild of Agnar Sverrisson and Xavier Rousset were head chef and head sommelier respectively under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir.  It was there that they created a vision for a new restaurant where food and wine would have equal importance and the result is TEXTURE.  The boys are young and have hired a brigade that reads like a two and three star who’s who. They are without doubt the most exciting duo in the restaurant industry for a long time.
