Power Breakfast The New Business Lunch?
The Early Bird Catches The Worm...
‘Power Breakfasts’ are becoming an increasingly popular option to the standard model of business lunch etiquette. There’s no temptation to get on the booze, you’re focused and raring to go first thing in the morning*, and what better way to start the day than over a full English and cup of fresh coffee. Once you’ve finished, you have the rest of the working day to carry on with whatever you have to do without having to sacrifice your lunch hour, nor your liver to unnecessary liquid toasting. Instead, try buttering up your client with toast and jam- there are plenty of fancy eateries which should suitably impress your client and leave you with a substantially lower bill to cover.
