Following on the immense success of Chiswick Park's own Le Vacherin Chef/Proprietor Malcolm John has launched his newest venture Le Cassoulet, in the heart of downtown Croydon to an enormously positive reaction from local residents and businesses alike. Malcolm's winning combination of great cuisine, excellent service and attention to detail looks to be a smash hit with all of Croydon!

Le Cassoulet, with seating for up to 60 diners, opened just two weeks ago and has seen a full dining room almost every evening from day one, Chef/Proprietor Malcolm John commenting "we are really overwhelmed by the response we've received so far, it's very encouraging"

Le Cassoulet With its striking colours and comfort abounding, Malcolm has created surroundings reminiscent of a cozy but stylish country bistro setting catering for both lunch and dinner patrons. His newest offering is in an area which is geographically well placed and where food lovers are increasingly congregating.

Le Cassoulet's (that's French for "the Stew") wide-ranging menu is inspired by the back-to-basics principles of rustic & home-style cuisine from the Southwest of France and also features the local red and white wines of this world famous culinary region.
