Geronimo Inns Opens New Fine Dining Pub & Farm Shop

 Geronimo Inns launches its latest venture, The Red Barn & Snowtes Farm Shop in April 2007.

 The converted barn, over 300 years old, has been newly renovated as a traditional pub, with a modern rustic style. It seats 90 and features a private dining room, expansive gardens and a traditional farm shop – Snowtes – that will sell a wide range of local, seasonal, high quality hot & cold delicatessen food

Under the guidance of recently installed Director of Food Ben Maschler (formerly Soho House Group), The Red Barn will deliver an impressive range of traditional British food; simply constructed and effectively delivered.

Snowtes Farm Shop

Snowtes Farm Shop, one of the first of its kind in the UK, will sell a wide range of fresh, organic delicatessen foods sourced from all around including many local suppliers. Secretts Farm, based in Godalming, Surrey will be providing Snowtes Farm Shop with much of its seasonal fare, particularly its vegetables. 

Highlights include 12 varieties of cheese, farm brand milk and cream, own recipe sausages and seasonal meats including venison and game, fresh pasta hand made on site and jars of pickles, chutneys and hams.
