Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, Vanilla is a stylish and sophisticated new bar and restaurant that has taken the capital by storm since it opened in July. Under the inspirational guidance of restaurant director Matthieu Destandau, Vanilla combines retro chic design - complete with LED mood lighting, crystal chandeliers and white Panton chairs - with a superb food and drink offering. Head for the bar for a cocktail and some delicious light snacks while for a more substantial food offering, the stunning 35-cover restaurant boasts a mouth-watering selection of Modern European dishes created by Executive Chef Marion David, formerly of La Trouvaille.
