Opening mid-June this year (2008), ‘Whisky Mist at Zeta’ will be a bar and club that promises to revolutionise the Mayfair nightlife scene. Located within the London Hilton on Park Lane, Whisky Mist at Zeta is a joint collaboration between the hotel, two of London’s most successful nightlife pioneers, Nick House and Piers Adam as well as Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe and Marc Burton, partners in the project.

Whisky Mist is located in the former site of the Zeta Bar, in the London Hilton on Park Lane, with its entrance on Hertford St. The venue has been designed by Blacksheep, the agency behind the multi-award-winning Cuckoo Club and Gordon Ramsay's the Narrow. Patrons will arrive at Whisky Mist via a discreet entrance and once inside, the club offers two bars, one of which has been designed by Christopher Bailey, Creative Director of Burberry, an area to dance and a private room.

As well as the iconic location, glamorous interiors and superb champagne and spirits list, Piers, Nick and Jacobi have come up with a number of playful and indulgent concepts for the bar and club. For those not willing to retire at closing time, the after hours offering will be found at the back of the drinks menu. These items can range from a suite in the hotel above to continue the party with friends new and old, to a helicopter straight to the airport to meet a fully stocked private jet. Once on the jet the Whisky Mist experience can be continued with a private shooting party in the Highlands, lunch in the Eiffel tower and personal shopping at Chanel or breakfast on Table Top Mountain in South Africa. With the influence and connections of the clubs founders at the disposal of their most valued patrons, a night out at Whisky Mist can end almost anywhere in the world.

Membership will be available to those who seek increased privacy and easier late night access to the club, each member receiving a solid silver key designed by Jade Jagger and a personal aged bottle of whisky kept behind the bar.
