In the presence of Gods
Bristol's City Museum & Art Gallery
This special display in the Watercolour gallery forms part of the opening celebrations for the new Egypt gallery. It gives visitors a rare chance to see some of Giovanni Belzoni’s unique watercolours of the tomb of the Egyptian Pharaoh Sety I. They are a record of the tomb as it was when Belzoni rediscovered it in 1817.
