LPA In-House & Banking

Our specialist In-House consultants source candidates on behalf of many of the biggest names in the investment banking world, as well as a large number of commercial and retail banks. We also recruit for a large range of multinationals and smaller private companies in sectors such as IT, energy, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, construction, financial services and FMCG. Candidates are recruited at every level from Paralegal to General Counsel.

LPA Partners & Teams caters only to partners and teams of lawyers. LPA have put together a number of high profile partner and team moves over the last five years. As the deals became larger, more frequent, and more complex, a decision was taken to launch a designated division which would service the strategic requirements of law firms in the UK and internationally.

LPA Barristers Chambers

LPA began working with sets of Chambers in 2002, and as far as we are aware, has since become the first and only full-service recruitment consultancy to the Bar. As well as covering individual Barrister moves, teams of Barristers and mid-ranking to senior Clerks, our services to the Bar have expanded in proportion to the Bar's modernisation. The introduction of new management structures within chambers has led to the creation of many high profile opportunities for Chief Executives, Chambers Directors, Chambers Managers and Marketing/Business Development staff, many of whom bring experience from different business sectors to the Bar. Contingency, advertised selection and retained and non-retained search are the methodologies offered. LPA also provides advice to Chambers on recruitment strategy, lateral barrister business planning and interviewing techniques.
