I have worked in recruitment for over 20 years, training initially with Hays Montrose in Bristol and subsequently gaining experience with both national and independent consultancies. For the past 10 years I have specialised in the legal sector, including 3 years as HR Manager for a law firm, thus experiencing recruitment from the ‘other side of the fence’.
I set up Bespoke Legal to deliver a tailored quality recruitment service to clients and candidates – the type of personalised service that I myself expected, but did not always receive. Having worked on all 3 sides of the recruitment triangle (as candidate, client and recruitment consultant) I understand what is needed at each step of the recruitment process.
I am a long standing member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) and, as such, am committed to delivering the highest standards of service to clients and candidates.
