Linklaters named as one of UK’s best places to work

Linklaters has been ranked as one of the UK’s ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ by The Sunday Times. It is the first time that a Magic Circle law firm has ever been featured in the prestigious annual list of the country’s top employers.

More than 650 companies - from public and private sector companies, partnerships, government agencies, not-for-profit organisations and co-operatives - participated in this year’s survey, which is based on the views of employees and the policies and processes of employers. Linklaters has been ranked 93rd in the Top 100 list.

Researchers identify best practice and rank companies chiefly according to their performance in eight key indicators of staff satisfaction: Fair Deal, Personal Growth, Leadership, Well Being, My Company, My Manager, My Team and Giving Something Back.

Key findings showed that people at Linklaters valued, in particular, the firm’s leadership and the opportunities for development while at the firm.
