Beachcroft appoints new property litigation partner

National commercial law firm, Beachcroft LLP, has appointed Lesley Hughes as a real estate litigation partner.

Working with national property head, Virginia Clegg, she will form a key part of Beachcroft’s real estate team which works with clients across Leeds and Manchester.

Lesley started her career at Clifford Chance and joins from Walker Morris where she gained vast experience of all aspects of commercial property litigation, including development issues and enforcement. Lesley has particular expertise in handling landlord and tenant disputes.
