International legal practice Norton Rose Piotr Strawa and Partners LP today announced Rafal Hajduk will join from CMS Cameron McKenna where he is a partner in the energy and project finance team. Rafal will start with Norton Rose Piotr Straw and Partners LP on 1 May 2008.

Rafal has in-depth knowledge of the Polish energy sector, including renewables and is recognised as a leading lawyer in the sector. His experience includes derivatives, project finance, M&A, privatisation, energy trading and energy regulation. He provides legal advice on regulatory and contractual issues in electricity, gas, emission allowances and oil trading.
