LEX Recruitment is a newly established recruitment agency which specialisesin recruiting legal jobs for the Eastern Region, an area that includes Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire and thus encompasses East and North London.
LEX Recruitment has been set up by Alison and Eddie Thorne.
Alison has a background in recruitment and law, masses of enthusiasm and a love for riding horses fast. Eddie spent 24 years in the army travelling across the world learning how to lead and manage people; he is now enjoying having the opportunity to spend time with his family.
With their combined experiences they are well placed to give clients and candidates sensible, realistic and honest advice. They pride themselves on providing a personal service that adds value, doing more than being a sausage machine that takes in and churns out CVs without finding out about the person behind the CV.
